Tougher fireworks laws not the answer

The tragic fire at Hunter's Ridge Apartments in the pre-dawn hours of July 5 left hundreds homeless. To make it worse, firefighters say it was caused by people setting off fireworks, sparking discussion of tougher fireworks laws in Ohio.
