Burden Of Proof
trying to tell me the burden of proof is on me. These debt collectors are trying to get money out of me on a non actionable debt. A debt so old they can not sue. They violate THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT by failing to notify me of the debt and info on that debt. I have received nothing in writing just 2 harassing phone calls a week apart. I decided to start taping the calls once I was threatened with arrest which is false and another violation of federal law. ... FAIR DEBT ...
