Mizzou students react to upcoming credit card laws
Portions of a new law will affect how young adults get credit cards. The law, which will put age restrictions on credit cards and ban certain types of marketing from college campuses, takes affect February 2010. Our reporter talked to students at the University of Missouri and got their reactions.

Credit card rates up in advance of new consumer law
Reporter Bill Hennigan says new consumer protections have started to go into effect. Credit card issuers must give 45 days notice before changing terms. In advance of the law, credit card companies have raised rates.

Why do we need a credit report to get a job?
This is my question about the need for a credit report to get a job. When did it become a law you must have this before you can get a job. My thought is that this is just one way to lower your pay.
