Burden Of Proof
trying to tell me the burden of proof is on me. These debt collectors are trying to get money out of me on a non actionable debt. A debt so old they can not sue. They violate THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT by failing to notify me of the debt and info on that debt. I have received nothing in writing just 2 harassing phone calls a week apart. My phone rang this morning, and a lady asked me if I was with some steel mill company. I am not, but I decided to pretend like I was their financial advisor named Jonathan, for good fun.
She's trying to collect a debt owed to some other company.
Some decent lulz ensues.
