Perhaps there’s still hope: Indiana Treasurer Richard Mourdock filed an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court seeking review of the legality of the Obama-forced bankruptcy of Chrysler, LLC. Mourdock is petitioning the Court to rule on Barack Obama’s blatant disregard of the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 8, which explicitly authorizes Congress, and *not* the president, to determine bankruptcy laws.
