BoA to consumers: Feel free to sue... Bank of America ( BAC ) is dropping a requirement that forced consumers with disputes on credit cards or other accounts to enter into arbitration. The move, which comes as the government pushes for stronger consumer financial protection, is considered a win for consumers, as many faulted the arbitration process for being biased.
